Lily Bride was asked to show in a fashion show, last friday. Celebrating 40 years at Fashion Place Mall. The mall first opened in 1972! It was a lot of fun, they had disco dancers, retro candy from the 70's, a sweet burnt orange VW beetle from the era and mannequins dressed in real vintage 1970's style!
I showed my Sybil gown. While it was really inspired by the 20's, I had my model wear soft curls with a middle part to channel that 70's bohemian vibe. (this pic was taken at the end of the night, so her curls had died down:(
To show my groovin' style, I wore a shirt my Mother made in the 1970's (no, joke!) that I've come to claim as mine.
We all had a great night and thanks SLCC Fashion Institute and FP Mall for the fun night!
